Bad quality
About 2-3months ago I bought a handbag at Forever New in Canal Walk. It wasn't long before the material started to chip, showing white spots all over the bag, especially at the bottom part of the bag and the handles. The handles is also starting to tear from the bag and the lining and finishing of the bag is also coming lose. I use the bag for normal daily activities. I thought I was buying a good quality bag because of the price and the brand. I am very disappointed.
