Bad Customer Service

I have been a loyal customer for Forever New for years. A couple of weeks ago i ordered something online, and they sent it to their courier for delivery. Up till now i have not received my parcel. The courier has been playing games trying to ***** my parcel, and saying it was delivered. Forever New could not even be bothered to follow up on my concern and track my delivery. They don't answer their phone and cannot be bothered to assist me by getting answers from their courier. Their clothes are quite pricey, i would expect a dignified level of customer service considering the amount of money i spend in their store. You have officially lost a customer!!
