Bad Customer service

I bought a dress at Tyger valley and never fit it but only to found out its big. I took it back for return at Forever New Liberty Mall Maritzburg on the 17 Jan and they told me the dress is damaged and I told them I was not even aware of and they told me they will call Tygervalley branch until today I am still waiting for the call. I left the dress and the purchasing slip with them.
