Bad attitude
I bought pants which I haven't worn, I only noticed that I took the wrong size when I fitted it again later, I took the tag out by mistake so I returned the pants but they refused to take the pants just because the tag was out ,but had it with me. The manager gave me attitude on top of that.what should one suppose to do with pants that dont fit,if nothing was explained to us when we bought it. It's not like the pants where torn or in bad shape. I just feel that the manager was seriously rude and unprofessional.i was not aware that the staff u return must have a tag attached to it.imagine driving all the way from jozi just to get attitude.what am I to do with pants that dont fit me
