ACCOUNT PAID UP AND CLOSED BUT STILL CURRENT WITH OUTSTANDING AMOUNT ON CREDIT REPORT!!!

I had opened an account with Forever New in 2015, paid it up and closed 12th November 2019.

Today, I find that the account status is still open - account ***0***1. Shows a current Balance of R 3, 053.00 and Monthly installment of 203.00.

I have written to Frontier Co as I have settled this account in cash at the Blue Route Store and requested that this account be closed while there. Please contact me urgently as your incorrect records are affecting my credit record.
