Horrific Service!!

I was recently mortified at the service at Fordoun hotel and spa. My wife and i took a drive from Durban to supposedly enjoy a leisurely lunch at the Nottingham Road. Upon our arrival we waited to be seated and we where eventually seen to by a waiter named Beauty. We order drinks and then our starters. Upon finishing our starters we had to waivered down a waitress to enquire where my "Long Island" drink. A further 15mins later the waiter arrives with a drink that was atrocious as it had a medicinal taste. This is a regular drink of ours and we are quite fami**** with the taste. We were advised that icea tea was substituted with the coke and voka was added, the barmen had not even added the 5 spirits that are required. We requested the drink be taken away and ordered a passion fruit with lemonade. Since when is such liberty is taken without informing the customer? We ordered lamb bunny and fish and chips as our mains. To my wife's the horror the fish was tough and dry and due to it being such a long drive she no option but eat one of the pieces were as my bunny was not a standard size. Upon settling the the bill the manager comes to our table and enquire about meal and i advised him the meal was terrible, he looked at us and the MANAGER WALKS AWAY. Is this the level of competence that one can expect at Fordune? Surely this is not 5star service!? This is was second visit in six years to Fordoun and service level and attention detail was horrific. We have travelled around the world and the level of service the Fordoun leaves much to be desired!!!! Sadly your establishment is anything but 5stars!
