Worst experience ever
Possibly worst facial experience ever, i was rushed from the moment i came in. When i informed them that i had made a request that a facial must be done based on my skin issues, that was ignored, i was told my the****** will do that, which she did not… she had absolutely no knowledge of Dermalogica products, as someone who has consulted with them that was such disgrace and distasteful to such a wonderful brand, i wasn’t taken through the products as per session(like how any other facial treatment would go) an absolute terrible attitude from the the******, even though i tried to express to her that i would appreciate being told step by step and no proper protection gears used, no hair band as a result my hair got ruined. Worse because i paid more than a thousand for such mediocre service. I just wasn’t happy at all and would not recommend that place to any other person, such a pity because they have such incredible facilities that has so much potential
