Poor service.

My car was booked for repairs on 15 February 2022 i took it there and i was informed that i get on Friday 18th February 2022, when i went there i was told i will get it on Monday and again on Monday when i went there it was not ready, again i left without my car and had to go back on Tuesday and again it was not yet ready it was said it needed to be tested and job card must be closed there is no competitor in this area area and we have nowhere else to go that is the reason we get poor service
