Poor service
I bought a used Next-Gen Wildtrak from you in November 2025, but the vehicle has had numerous issues from the beginning, including poor paintwork and poor mechanical repairs. The car is now experiencing battery problems, and when I tried to claim for a replacement battery through the warranty, I was informed that I cannot claim because the battery fitted in the vehicle is the incorrect size. This is unacceptable, especially considering that the vehicle was sold to me in this condition. When I raised this issue with that Fat *** guy Damian Zeeler, he told me directly that there was nothing he could do to assist me. I am extremely disappointed with both the condition of the vehicle and the lack of after-sales support.
