Poor, very poor!!!

What a disgrace of a company!! They were quick to take my cash, but from there on the service was non existent. From the salesman, Vikesh to Barry, the sales manager to Joe, the dealer principal. I waited more than 7 weeks for the Natis documents. After I started begging for it I eventually received it. The salesman Vikesh promised me a tank of fuel after delivery from Port Shepstone to Bloemfontein. I even filled my vehicle I traded in with fuel so the delivery guy can get back. After numerous phone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages to the salesman still nothing. I decided to email the sales manager, Barry. He promised me he will sort it out and keep me updated. Guess what, after 2 weeks nothing!!! I then decided to phone the dealer principal, Joe. He was not in the office, so I left a message with the lady answering the phone for him to give me a call. Guess what, 3 days later, nothing. I really don’t want the said R1000 for fuel anymore. I think they need it more. I even paid R70k over book for the vehicle. Please be aware of the empty promises from these guys!!!! There is much better Ford dealers in this country than these guys.
