Terrible service from Eagle Ford
I have recently purchased a vehicle from Eagle Ford, and it has been the worst experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. First off, the car did not have carpets, these carpets were then ordered when I collected the vehicle, or so I thought. I waited just over 4 months for these carpets, and am still missing 1 carpet. Then, after collecting the brand new vehicle and driving, I noticed what looked like an oil leak, as it turned out, it was actually the power steering fluid that was leaking because the bottle had not been fitted properly and it had fallen out of place and was now lying loose under the bonnet, leaking. I had to fit it myself as I was out of town and nowhere near a Ford Dealership. There is a power issue with the car, and it has been in twice for it to be looked at, with no satisfaction. The driver seat squeaks horribly while driving, it has also been in twice for this to be fixed, and it is still not fixed. The aerial that was originally on the vehicle broke off, I requested a smaller aerial when it was sent in for repairs. The part that the aerial fits into was replaced, but the old broken aerial was put back on the vehicle, completely disregarding my request for a smaller aerial. I have had nothing but attitude from the dealer principal at the dealership. When collecting the vehicle on this last occasion, there is also now a chip in my windscreen.
I bought the car at the beginning of December 2017, it is now the beginning of April 2018, I have only had the vehicle for 4 months, and it has already spent nearly 4 weeks at the dealership to have the issues sorted out, and up till now the issues have not been sorted out. I collected the vehicle on Saturday, after it was in fro the power issues, carpets, roof rack to be re-fitted, squeaking seat and aerial, and the seat was now more broken than when I originally took it in. And to have them say to me that I must bring it back in again so that they can get a large man to sit in the car to see if the seat really does squeak while driving, has offended me even more.
