My daughters key broke in her ignition. Car towed to facility. Quote R8840. For Ecosport. Owner Jade Hickey. When we objected and attempted to find an alternative they reduced the quote tot R5500. Once paid they refused to release the car until another R1000 was paid for a "handling fee". Literally held to ransom. This morning there was no stock for keys. Once we had an alternative they suddenly had stock and the job could be done today. Feel completely **********. So much for best service from dealership. Avoid dealing with Ford Eagle at all cost.
