NO SERVICE AT EAGLE FORD/MAZDA

Last Friday the 23rd June, I took my Mazda to Eagle Ford for I thought where for the following repairs:

When I phoned to book the car in 2 or 3 days prior to this, I mentioned that something was banging from the rear of the car. I also told them that the last time I brought the car in for a service they had informed me that the following needed repairing: Rear Stabiliser Links, Front Pads & Skim Discs, I also mentioned the front right windows was not slotting into the frame correctly when I closed the window. I also asked if I could have a lift back to work which I was assured that I could.

I took the car into the service centre in the morning and again explained what was wrong with the car. They then made me wait and hour and a half for a lift back to work. They also assured me that they would phone me and let me know what the banging noise was. At approx. 13:00 I received a call saying that was car was ready and was just in the wash bay and the driver would collect me at 14:00. I then queried as to what had been wrong with the car and the assistant couldn't tell me, she said the technician had gone to lunch. Approx. 45 mins. later I received a call saying that they had made a mistake and that it wasn't my car that was ready. They then went on to tell me how much the spares would cost, but that they didn't have them in stock and so could not repair my car after all.

They then said the driver would collect me at 15:00, he was half an hour late.

I subsequently phoned and asked to speak to the service manage and the call was directed to a Marilize Basson. I explained the whole situation to her which she agreed was unacceptable. She promised to SMS me her direct line and we could get the problem sorted out this past Monday. To date I have heard absolutely nothing from them. I simply cannot understand how a service centre can't have any spares and if they don't why don't they order them straight away, especially as I had explained 2 to 3 days prior to this exactly what was wrong with the car.

I have never experienced such shocking service. What will they do if I send an account to them for the hours that they wasted of time and the petrol I had to spend getting there and back.
