Intimidated by Manager at Eagle Ford

I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTEDAND DISGUSTED how Obi Mokoditwa(Used Car Manager) at Eagle Ford dealt with my query. Purchased extended service (3 services) with my vehicle. There was a big mix up in terms of the number of services that needed to be done, in essence I have forfeited my 3rd service due to Kms on the vehicle although it was not my fault. Obi agreed to help pay for the 3rd service which I "forfeited", I was happy that he agreed until he said that he is going on leave next year Jan, he is back on the18th, said I should ensure that I bring the vehicle after then, otherwise no one else will help and service department will charge me. I said to him, I cannot control that as I am always on the road due to my work. I asked if he didn't have a second in charge when he was away, then he mentioned he was doing me a favour, to which I rep**** "it is not a favour he is doing me as it was not my fault". He got frustrated raised his voice at me, pointed at me as he was talking, I raised my voice back asked him not to point at me as I found it disrespectful, he then intimidated me and said "WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO" while towering over me as he is a tall man, at this point I could see he was squaring up at me, I rep**** "point at me again and see what will happen”, he didn’t. When I said point at me again and see what will happen, I was referring to reporting him for such behaviour. He then stormed out and said to Leandi "deal with this client" During the back-and-forth exchange Obi mentioned that it was the second time he was doing me a favour. I did not like the wording of "doing a favour" because the firs incident was not my fault as well to which he acknowledged that his department will take full responsibility. If both incidents were my fault, I would understand the "doing a favour part". I have never in my life been screamed at like that by a manager of an establishment. I have never been threatened either. I find this behaviour DISGUSTING AND APPALLING, ANDTRUST ME, YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER AND LOST OTHER PEOPLE I AM GOING TO TELL ABOUTTHIS INCIDENT. OBI WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EMOTIONAL, DISTURBING FORSOMEONE IN HIS POSITION. HOW MANY OTHER CLIENTS DOES HE TREAT LIKE THIS? I do admit that I screamed back at him to match his screaming as I would never allow another man to speak to me like a child. I do regret my screaming, but I was provoked. I know he might deny all that I said here or twist my words, but please ask Leandi what happened or if there is any truth to what I said as she was present in this incident. I hope she will only tell the truth if she is asked about the incident.
