Purchased a Ford Ranger Bakkie.Sales rep **********ly misrepresented the facts by claiming that the bakkie comes with reverse camera.She acknowledged her “mistake “by sending an email saying” My mistake my apologies:”She further made the following failed undertaking “I’m happy to organise the PDC , colour coding and fitment to be done for you..( I will pay for it since its not your fault “.It’s now over 8 months and a big dealership like Eagle Ford in Bromley is unable to meet this commitment.They care-less about the company’s brand.This gross violation of my rights as a consumer should not be left unchallenged.
