Faulty Windows

I bought a Fiesta from Eagle Ford in 2016 and since then the rear windows have been intermittently failing to close, especially when using a remote. I booked in the vehicle more than 12 times between April 2016 an today 20/08/2019, the issue persists. I'm very frustrated!
