Eagle Ford Randburg - Con artists at their best!

We were offered a deal through Eagle Ford, on a Ford Ecosport, with a great discount for black Friday, we confirmed that we would like to take up the offer after a full quote was sent to us. Believing we are getting a great deal, we wet through the process of getting the finance approved after advising them that we would like to take up the offer and to please hold the car. We received finance approval within the 7 day's that the quote was valid for, only to be told the car is no longer available, and they can not honour the quote which is in direct contravention of the consumer protection act. Keyns, who we dealt with, was rude, at a loss for answers, and all he could do was offer a more expensive alternative.

Eagle Ford lies and uses false deals to lure clients into the shop and the forces the sale of a more expensive model/car.

The service has been absolutely appaling!! They never bothered to contact us, we had to keep calling them to find out what is going on. The sales staff are unhelpful and the store manager a real liability to Ford in general!!!

DO NOT support them at all ... unless you want to suffer never-ending frustration and spending more than you get quoted on.

Eagle Ford Randburg is fast busy giving Ford a very bad name!
