Disgusting Service Bookings

When I bought my car at this place the service was excellent. But I must say, when you book your car for service is just a disaster of customer service. It's extremely disgusting. I don't know how the manager was appointed for that if there is any manager for that section. The first time I took my car for service I didn't want to make an issue out of it. I knew if that's how they operate they will do it again. Extremely disappointed. I will never go back there. They don't even qualify for a 1 star, there should be zero rating for them.
