DISGUSTING SERVICE

Worst Customer Service ever!!!!!!! Literally had a service adviser tell me on Monday that if he were to assist me with my faulty alarm system (installed by Eagle Ford) 1 year later, that I would put the whole service department behind and that I should be ashamed of that! Wow, well done Eagle Ford and Walter for being the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. I will never buy another car from them, nor promote them again. Quick to take your money but quicker to kick you to the curb a year later when the car is still under warranty and motor plan but they outright refuse to help you.

DISGUSTING SERVICE and will be escalating the matter to Ford South Africa!!!
