Giving false information to moisa about faulty gearbox, and when my 85 year old father took the car to eagle ford about a faulty gearbox, which the dealership didn't detect initially, it says my dad didn't use a ford approved mechanic. It never said we should use a ford approved mechanic and it is giving false information about the service provided to my poor old father
