Avoid Eagle Ford Louis Botha Drive

Be aware about what the sales manager OMITS! He points to your signed sales agreement and says, “Next service is in February 2020. Drop off the car, we’ll take of it, and wash is included”. Er, blah blah sign here. Comes the month, we phone and are sent from Ford to Hyundai for about 3 weeks. Ultimately Eagle Ford “finds” the details and lo, um, sorry, no service is included even though the warranty expires in November 2020. Gosh, isn’t that so stereotypical used car salesman of them. I recommend STRONGLY that you avoid Eagle Ford. Or get a separate addendum outlining that servicing is included/excluded. Likely you won’t get it. Better yet, avoid Eagle Ford altogether. Regrettably I wish I had checked the reviews (which are similar to mine) before going there.
