WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD. TOTALLY USELESS.

I am horrified by the horrific service (lack thereof) that i have received by Ford Credit. My car is financed through them, and i am simply trying to update my contact email address in order to receive statements - they have my old email address that i no longer have access to. I am currently unable to receive statements or see how much i owe on my car. This has been going on for about two weeks, and i keep getting reffered to a different automated email address each time. Absolutely disgusting service, I am definitely going to change the financers of my car. Shocking.
