Worst Service from FORD Credit under ABSA

Absolutely Useless service, and NOTHING gets done, i called in for a simple debit order change from the 15th to month end, yes sir its updated, NO it was never, since last year 2018 September debited my account on 15th, no money as I told Ford Credit, i get paid on last day of the month.

send numerous emails to *** asking WHY you still debiting my account on the 15th... NOT one response

spoke to - account specialist 2 months ago, apologizes left and right was not my fault it will be resolved ASAP

called in again today, after 20min holding again and again... Fareed said he will sort it and ill get confirmation email tomorrow.....
