Waiting for my registration papers

<p>I have been waiting 2 and a half months for my car registration papers. My car is settled every time i call i get promised. Lutendo promised delivery in April spoke to the call centre then get told oh no it should have been collected but will request delivery. now i call and its a completely different story that is in some legal collection s and they sitting with the papers. i get from pillar to post about my car papers and still nothing. I WANT MY CAR PAPERS NOW</p>
