Useless Ford Credit

Stay away from them. When I first signed contract in 2018 they deducted more than what they should have, came with stupid reason...such as I requested they debit order date should be changed, they date was never changed that was agreed in the contract. Took them to the ombud, and it was decided in their favour even though it was in breach of contract. Then suddenly last month (February 2022) debit order did not go off , I contacted them and was told there is a system problem, but will sort it out. They deducted double the instalment, after a lot of issues I was reimbursed. Again this month (March 2022) the debit order was not taken on the agreed date. Contacted them again. Again system error was the answer. so 2 days later debit order went through and now 4 days later another debit order went off. They will investigate as to why...Not good enough as my account is going into overdraft. Will never use them again and be warned people.
