Trying to get hold of ford credit....??????

Phoned the call centre about 3 weeks ago to get my statements sent directly to my email, no statements have arrived yet, tried a couple time last week and today to get through to someone hanging on for over 10 minutes a time, either to be cut off eventually or having to worry if I have enough airtime to hold on till who know when?????? I have searched for an email address to send my query to with no luck keeps giving me the call centre number... how hard is it during these times just to have an email address set up to deal with basic queries......
