STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT AND RACKING UP CHARGES

I have been under debt review since March 2019 and arranged with FORD CREDIT TO STOP ATTEMPTING TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT as it is being paid manually every month just to find that month after month Ford Credit still attempts to debit my cheque account and in the process is racking up reverse debit order charges. I want a credit on all my reverse charges as well as for you to STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT!!!!! I will report you to the highest OMBUDSMAN or REGULATOR I can find. If I see another debit order from Ford Credit on my statement I will go nuclear.
