RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL CALL CENTRE STAFF

I have been a faithful and loyal customer to Ford Credit since 2018 – I have financed two of my vehicles through them.

Whilst I have enjoyed every bit of the services you provide; I must point out that I was not treated with respect by an agent named KHENSANI. After explaining to her the reason why I did not make a payment on the 25th of June, she kept on pestering me with the same questions. When it got heated she became rude and arrogant, claiming that she’s the boss at Ford Credit and I cannot speak to her manager.

Please address this because Ford Credit is not the only financial institution in SA and I opt to not be subjected to your unprofessional and arrogant staff.
