Please intervene

I'm having a serious issue with Ford Credit as according to my statements from them I was supposed to have to my car settled in December already as I instructed them to balance the settlement amount with the access i had as well as the installment. To my surprise the debited me again in January the full amount and claiming to only give back the amount that is not even half of the monthly installment.
