Payment relief

By far the worst financial istitution/group I came across. We as a company got payment relief for each and every company vehicle from all other finacial institusions apart from Ford Credit! After sending all documents more than 6 consecutive times to the correct department they still cant manage to activate the payment relief. We have sent numerous mails to all parties involved and they either simply ignore you or send you an email saying case closed! I would not recommend anyone financing through them even if they promise you the world!
