Pathetic service!

I want to know why ABSA is continuing with its bad service, the Ford Credit side about these records not being up to date showing incorrect information at the buro!!! This is absolute nonsense because no updates are doneand outdated info is on the systems! I am still awaiting correct information on my car I have been paying since 2014 and I have not received my statementsevery month since 2014 that I am supposed to.
