No service delivery

I have send an email requesting natis paperwork for my vehicle that was paid off. I send it on the 10th of May 2022 ..and received a response from then on the 25the of May telling me that it takes 3 to 5 working days for the documents to reach the closes branch of absa Bank with all thepaper work. I have resend for an update and still no word from them. Phoned the number on the email and asked to speak to Naomi Wehmeyer and was told that she was on lunch and that she will get the message from the lady that answered but to no avail. Still waiting on the return call. 2022-06-14
