NO RESPONSE ON FITH ATTEMPT TO GET DEBIT ORDERS LOADED

Our business vehicles installment was behind during covid, we signed an agreement to get all of them up to date by deducting additional debit orders. Vehicles was brought up to date quicker than agreed on. We have been requesting they load normal debit order for the last 6 months and they are ignoring every email. We get phone calls from Ford credit almost everyday where they tell us our vehicles are arrears , we make the installment payments every month. One of the guys johan Hugo sent an email and said if we pay this specific amount he will ensure that our debit orders gets loaded, after my fifth attempt he is ignoring me after i made all those payments.
