NO CLIENT SERVICE OR COMMUNICATION AT ALL! I app**** for the payment relief 20 April, after many mails back & forth, phone calls etc we still this does not reflect on their system. It takes more than 6 weeks to process someone. Every consultant state sorry please be patient - its ridiculous
