Money disappeared

I had a query about my statement for the month of October. My car is payed off and it showed a acsess of almost R4000. I phoned, spoke to Graig and was told that that amount is over paid and I will get it back. In a weeks time my acsess amount was gone, I did not receive the money and now my account is closed and that's it. My R4000 is just gone, weg. This is money that I really needed in this tough times. Will never work with this company again. Money that they owe you just disappears
