Interest rate on car finance and deffered payment Ford Credit

Hi I have compliant against Ford Credit. I recently bought a new Ford Everest on the 30 September 2017,form Action Ford Krugersdorp.

Compliant 1 I traded in my Ford Ranger 2016 Wildtrak, which had being financed on an interest rate of 10.50% through Ford credit. When I enquired on the new deal I was told I can only get 10.95% because the vehicle I’m buying is R47 000 more than the previous vehicle.

Compliant 2 The option of having a 3month defferred payment plan was not afforded to me.When I enquired with ABSA Bank I was told I must contact the finance official at Ford. When I asked the ooficial I was told you only get one month break and the next month you must pay. Conclusion Ford Credit does not value previous customers by keeping their previous ineterest rates. Ford has false advertising when it comes to a defffered payment plan. Thanks
