Ford midrand
We bought a new 2019 (through Ford credit) model Ford Ranger last yearJuly 2019 from Ford Fury midrand. August 2019 the fuel injectors had to be replaced. (a month after purchasing a brand new vehicle). The windscreen also had scratches on. We reported it to the manager and she said she'll arage for it to be fixed. Tuesday my husband took the car for its 15000km service (to Ford fury Midrand). Upon collecting the car he noticed the entire inside of the roof had grease marks (hand marks). The dealer principle then said he will replace the roof inner. I don't think it's unacceptable that this is happening at a massive Ford dealership. The dealer principle (Nardus) can't see the issue. The fact that you pay sooo much for a "good" car and then someone else (the dealership) comes and stuffs up your car is not an issue for him. The fact that you are sitting with a rebuilt car at the end of the day (fuel injectors, windscreen and roof inner) even though you bought a NEW car and your money didn't turn into dust in their bank account is not an issue for him. There is no integrity and its all just about the sales at the end of the day. I hope all involved in this sleeps well at night. Think back about what you did to other people and how you run your business without integrity when your day comes.
