Ford Credit terrible service

I’m sending this review out of frustration as I have raised a query on my account on 11 September 2023 and up to date it has not been resolved after numerous inquiries and I have not received any feedback. This query originated from a mistake made on my account by one of their consultants. This is causing a lot of inconvenience for me financially and is unacceptable. I just want my account to be fixed and updated as it was before.
