FORD CREDIT ******* FOR 2 YEARS!

<p>I've recently realised that Ford Credit has been charging me an extra amount, with reference "service/maintainance plan" on my vehicle statement. When I called, I was told I have a service plan with the innovations Group, However innovations Group states that the warranty plan expired in 2014, and the service plan was cancelled in 2014( by myself, as this was one I paid for separately)... Now, my request, why am I still paying for something that has expired? I've been struggling to receive a straight answer from Ford Credit, and would sincerly request:</p> <p>1. This amount be credited from my statement going forward</p> <p>2. A refund from 2014 to date.</p> <p> </p>
