Ford credit not safe.

Received an email from ford credit stating my personal data has been comprised. On calling them i was told i could call transunion and they would confirm if my data has been compromised over the phone. This is not true. Transunion now want proof of residence and id copies. What a waste of time and hassle because ford cant secure your personal data.
