Ford credit not assisting with basic queries

I have been trying to get feedback from Ford Credit regarding a payment relieve for more than a month. I kept being send from pillar to post... Last week they said they will follow up and call me... still nothing.... Today I spend 2 hours on the phone from one department to the next... Eventually get to payment arrangements and after 4 attempts of the calls being answered they just drop the calls.
