Ford Credit is useless

We have financed a car through Ford Credit. After it was paid off, we tried to get the natis and proof of ownership paperwork from them but with no luck. They simply ignore us. We have immigrated to the UK and are in the process of selling the vehicle in South Africa, but we cannot do that as we don't have the papers to proof ownership.

Absa are useless..
