Ford Credit Fails

Absolutely appalled at the level of service. App**** for Covid relief on the 29th Of March, today is the 9th of JUNE and Ford/Absa keep has offered NO feedback at all. Hours i have spent on the phone and numerous emails to FCrelief and 4 consultants with all the required documents just to have nothing happen. Been with them since 2014 and NEVER missed a payment and now I get this treatment! My Nedbank vehicle finance covid relief was approved within 3 days and Absa cant get it right in 3 months!!! Pathetic! absolutely atrocious !
