FORD CREDIT DISASTER

Ford credit debited my account TWICE after a payment arrangement was made, logged and payment was made manually as promised.

Everytime I speak to an agent the line “drops” no one phones me back! Im out of pocket with R16000 and no one can give me an answer.

The agent acknowledged they took 2 payments from me over the weekend but has no answers or plan to assist me. And guess what.. the line “accidentally” dropped AGAIN!!!

Ive spent the whole mourning on the phone. With no answer. No apology or even a call back! P
