Ford Credit Covid19 Relief

How long does it take for Ford Credit to responed to payment relief.

I have submitted all the additional documenation that they have requested, its now over a week later and still no repsonce..

But im sure that the debit order will go off on the 1st, lets hope theres money in the account.

Ford Credit, you need to address this with your customers!!!!!
