Ford Credit Breaching contract

I purchased a Ford Fiesta 2012 model about 2 and a half years ago and financed through Ford Credit(absa)<br> My account as always been debited successfully and I have never missed a payment.<br> I just did a random ITC check and to my horror I discovered that they listed me as a slow payer indicating 30 days in arrears for 4 consecutive months this year.<br> I called the call centre and they said I have an amount of R8.22 in arrears???<br> Nobody has every mentioned this and my account has never ever been in arrears!<br> I now have a slow payer listing on ITC and I expect Ford Credit to resolve this!!!!!<br>
