Ford credit and CMH Ford Steyns are a ****

Ford credit is useless a **** of a finance house, I had 57 months outstanding to pay on my term and when the statement came the following month. 2 months was added on my term which I suddenly had 57 months.

when I call the agents hung up on me and put me on hold, I spend hours being transferred from one department to another I can't find answers, emails are not answered please people stay away from Ford credit.

And please avoid purchasing vehicles from CMH Ford Steyn's Bosman. They misled customers & say other Banks decline them only Ford credit approved them and on newer models only, and they hit u with higher interest rate.

Please stay away from CMH Ford Bosman and Ford credit, they'll leave indebted.
