Ford Credit (ABSA) is Useless

For days now , i am trying to get a letter from Ford Credit , giving me permission to cross the border to Namibia. I spent hours on the phone. The people at the switch board at Ford Credit cannot speak Afrikaans. They people that is suppose to help you at their accounting department cannot speak Afrikaans. ABSA was an Afrikaanse Bank (Volkskas) , but the afrikaans speaking customers mean nothing to them. You cannot get a hold on somebody twise in a row if you phone them. They will tell you that they are going to phone you back in minutes time, but NEVER do. After days i still do not have any letter or response from them. I am so fed up with these useless people of ABSA and Ford Credit that i decided to take my bussiness accounts to Nedbank. They responded immediatly , offering me homeloans, overdrafts ,etc. in afrikaans. GOOD BUY ABSA. Ek sal ander afrikaans sprekendes aanmoedig om my te volg.
