Ford Credit Absa- *****

Get ready for this one, Ford Credit ( Absa) send me my vehicle paid-up letter, and had to pick up my original NATIS from the Absa branch as I did and register as the title holder of the Vehicle. Have sold the vehicle for looking for newer vehicle . Well guest what I still get sms notification reminder of my monthly installment and when i called they do not pick me up and then another call i still own them money . Then get information the call center Line manager will contact me and still get ignored and just forcing me with sms that i need to still pay the monthly .

Have spoken to my attorney to take legal actions towards this , They send you confirmation letter your vehicle is paid up but still statements and sms you need to pay the monthly , is ridicules
