Email Statements format

<p>Whilst all other banks sends their statements in the well known PDF format that everyone is able to open and read, Ford finance sends their monthly statements in a strange format for which you are forced to down load a program called "striata"</p> <p>1. I fail to understand why they cannot just use the well known and universal format like all other banks</p> <p>2. I fail to understand why I must download a special program just for them!</p> <p>3. When you click on the link in their email to download their special program, you are unable to reach the page and download it, so even if you were happy to download their stupid program...YOU CAN'T</p> <p>4. Their email states that should you by some miracle be able to download their program you will be promted for a password....no one knows what this password is as the email does not clarify this, other banks also encript their pdf statements with passwords but usually tell you that your password is your id number, or your account number ect...but with Ford Finance you have to guess what it is.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now fed up with this, this is unacceptable! I don't see why they cannot just use a format that everyone can read!</p>
